Dec 12" duplexed cork on small cover to London, England, red "London, Paid, 8 De 77" transit on front, blue "Treasury Department Washington" imprint on flap; 7¢ with a couple tiny tears, some minor edge wear, Fine, double the 5¢ U.P.U. rate to England.
