Key West, Jan 21, 1847, dateline on folded letter to Lowell, Ma., letter routed by ship to New Orleans, La. where "New Orleans Feb 1" c.d.s. and matching "ship" and "12" handstamp struck, opening sentence of letter reads, "There is a vessel bound to N.O. today at 12 o'clock and I now send you my 3rd letter from K.W.", interesting routing via New Orleans to New England; Very Fine.
