Official "O.S." 1d on 5pf green (SG 33d, O2, O2a), Setting 3, positions 1-10, comprised of horizontal strip of eight from the left of the sheet, right stamp the variety "1" and "d" spaced, and pair from the right of the sheet with surcharged 3d Rabaul (Deutsch-Neuguinea) No. 957 registration label (small defect), tied by "Stephansort/13" c.d.s. on envelope to Rabaul, flap at back missing. Very Fine and spectacular franking. Michel 16g, D2 var.
