New Britain, 1915 (27 Feb.) Official "OS" 1d on 3pf brown diagonal bisect (SG O1/ Gibbs O48c), with "O.S." 1d on 5pf green pair (#O2) tied by native Jaluit c.d.s. (7.4.24) and "Balham S.W.12" machine arrival d.s. (31.8.18) on 1918 (24 Apr.) censored envelope from the Japanese Postmaster in Jaluit to London, with Japanese Naval P.O. tax markings. Very Fine. Exceedingly rare, only a few such usages known.
