(7.4.24) on 1918 (24 Apr.) censored envelope from the Japanese Postmaster in Jaluit to London, with Japanese Naval P.O. tax markings and and "Balham S.W.12" machine arrival d.s. Very Fine. Exceedingly rare, only a few such usages known.
