Samoa, 1914, 2½d on 20 pf ultramarine, variety surcharge double and no fraction bar, 2½ of second surcharge split at top and botttom (SG 104ea), nice color and excellent impression of surcharges displaying these varieties, full gum which either has been disturbed or is not original. Very Fine appearance. An exceptional variety. Michel 4IIDD.
