Samoa, 1914, 2½d on 20 pf ultramarine, variety surcharge double and comma after "I" (SG 104ed var.), being the left stamp in a horizontal pair from the lower right corner of the sheet, right stamp also shows the comma after "I" variety, bright color without gum, slight color suffusion of the green Bute handstamps as a result of damp following the aftermath of the London "blitz" of 24-25 September 1940. Very Fine. A sensational variety. Michel 4IDD.
