Sent Sep 26" and the stamp cancelled by unduplexed black cork; last is a legal size cover postmarked "Fairfield, Vt. Dec 15" to the Third Assistant P.M. General, D.L.O. in Wash., D.C., manuscript "monthly returns of dead letters from Faifield Vt."; mixed condition, Fine and scarce group.
