1852, 3¢ dull red (11), irregular block of eight tied on cover to England by magenta manuscript cancels, matching manuscript "Dover, N.J., February 8th, 1856" postmark, red handstamped "3" and London receiver, Feb 25, backstamped Wellingborough; part of flap missing, F.-V.F. and scarce. Carried on the maiden voyage of Havre's Fulton.
