Supplementary Mail "1" duplexes, Jan 9, 1889 on large cover to England; left stamp faulty, cover which has two sealed tears, has been cut down and refolded at the left, a rare usage, 6x the 5¢ U.P.U. rate doubled for supplementary mail service.
