The Holladay Overland Mail and Express Company Paid, printed fancy frank with outlined letters on 3¢ entire used as a paste-up (glue residue on reverse), "Holiday O.M. & E. Co. Dec 15, 1866" double circle c.d.s. and blue "Wells Fargo & Co. Express Boise City, I.T." oval, some toning and reduced slightly at right from opening, Fine and rare.
