Hawaii Late Letter Mail, Honolulu, Very Fine strike June 1, 1886 double circle datestamp on 5¢ entire (U4) with 5¢ ultramarine, three-ring target cancels, from Honolulu to Visalia, Calif., Honolulu c.d.s. and backstamped red San Francisco, June 9, with purple J.M. Oat Jr & Co. sender's datestamp; reduced slightly at right with small repair at lower right, Fine-Very Fine. A rare Late Letter marking, the equivalent of U.S. Supplementary mail, which required double postage.
