Hawaii Kailua, Kealakekua & Kawaihae, Hawaii, purple double-lined double circles, Apr 2, 3, and 11 (respectively), 1890 on 1¢ postal card (UX4) to Hamakua, Very Fine. Card is a printed solicitation for donations to place a stained glass window in Christ Church, South Kona in memoriam to Capt. Cooke, who supposedly died within three miles of the site of the church.
