Jamaica 1861, 1d blue, diagonal bisect (1a), tied by "A01" on cover to Spanish Town with receiving c.d.s. at upper left, "Too Late " handstamp at top, manuscript "O H MS" and "PMO Pallard" indicating Post Office business, backstamped Kingston and Port Antonio; slits cut in the centered of all four sides, possibly indicating fumigation, Fine.
