Navy Dept. printing and plate varieties, group of four varieties comprising an unused O36 with double transfer of top frameline, left star, and rope, a used O37 with double kiss impression of entire design, an unused O38 with line through "N" of "Navy" and plate number 56 captured at top, position 6, and a used O38 with line through "N" of "Navy". Small faults including O36 with preprinting paper crease and O37 with large thin and portion of bottom missing. Fine.
