Treasury Dept. plate varieties, group of 12 stamps and covers comprising four plate scratches: unused O74 with two scratches in right margin, unused O74 with line through position dot, used O74 with scratch in the "3", and used O81 with a layout line through the "Y" in "Treasury"; four double transfers: two O72 covers with the double transfer at top, a used O78 with double transfer at top, and a used O80 with double transfer in "EAS" of "Treasury", position 16; and four short transfers: O74 on cover with short transfer at lower left, O81 unused and used copies of the position 41 short transfer of the entire top, and an used O81 position 45 short transfer of top right only;.
