York Am. Pkt Dec 17 Paid" transit c.d.s., black "Paid-Only / To England" two-line handstamp and manuscript "+ 40" on quadruple 21¢ American packet rate, blue "London DE 28 '64" transit backstamp, black "20" (decimes) handstamp, various backstamps including red Genoa Dec. 31, Very Fine and spectacular franking; prepaid four-times the 21¢ French mail rate, but was routed via British mails.
