Feb 3" c.d.s., blue "London FE-16 '63" transit c.d.s. on flap, manuscript "1/8" (1 shilling, 8 pence) due rating, "Malta FE 23 '63" receiving backstamp, cancellation slightly enhanced, Extremely Fine usage to an exceedingly rare destination.
