1857, 3¢ dull red, type II (26), block of four tied by "New York/Sep 12 1858" c.d.s. on 3¢ red on buff entire (U10) to New Albany, Ind. perforations trimmed at left, slightly blunted at top and bottom right stamp has caused by cancellation, Fine and scarce.
