1869, 3¢ ultramarine, grill with points up (114 var.), irregular block of four with a dramatic fold-over creating "crazy perforations and causing the grill to be impressed with points up on portions of the left stamps, neatly cancelled. Fresh and Very Fine. Mentioned in Scott's footnote below #114.
