1869, 15¢ brown & blue, type II, center inverted (119b), quite well centered for this with the perforations clear of the design. Relatively light cork cancel which does not obscure the vignette. Repaired not obvious from the front. Very Fine appearance.

Certainly one of the better centered examples of this rare invert of which fewer than 100 are believed to exist. Most are faulty and the catalogue value is for a single with faults.
