Postal Card, 1902, 1¢ black on buff, the "full-face McKinley" (UX17), "mint" card, or more accurately an unmarked Specimen (#S21-Sp-1). Sharp impression which shows a strong "jitter" along the bottom line of the inscription, very fresh and Very Fine, a rare card of which only eight to ten examples are believed to exist. UPSS S21.
