Postal Card, 1996, 20¢ Olympic Decathalon, inverted impression (UX246a), mint card with incorrect Mens Cycling on back in an unexploded Olympics booklet of 20 cards. In addition, the card has its tab stitching on the left instead of the right. Rare and Extremely Fine. Only the second reported, with the only other one believed to have been removed from the booklet. UPSS S259a.
