1902 (Aug.) envelope to London (15.9) redirected to Stuttgart, bearing CIP 10c (2) cancelled by large native "Tsinan" circular handstamp, similar to but without sun and moon motifs, bilingual "Kiaochow" c.d.s. (4.8), and Kiautschou 10pf rose and 30pf orange and black on salmon (Michel 7, 10) cancelled by "Tsingtau/Kiautschou" c.d.s. (6.8), Very Fine and uncommon cancellation.
