1939, 3¢ rose with provisional "Silver Tax" typewritten overprints (R230 var), on R230 block of nine, handstamped with the signature of Clinton R. Clauson, collector of revenue and dated April 3, 1935 on part of "Transfer of an Interest in Silver Bullion" document. Very Fine and rare, unlisted in Scott.
