May 10 1857" c.d.s., red "New York 'Paid 12' May 19" exchange office c.d.s., transferred to Boston for the Cunard Line steamer Europa, which departed May 20 and arrived at Liverpool on May 31, French "Et. Unis Serv. Br. A. C. 1 Juin 57" entry c.d.s., reverse with a French transit and "Laval 2 Juin 57" arrival c.d.s.; slight gum staining affects bottom margin of right stamp, Very Fine.
