1871 (11 Jan.) folded letter from Åbo to London (18.1) via St. Petersburg (14.1), bearing 1866-74 roulette III, 8p (7, Fa. 6 v1C3) strip of three, and 40p (10, Fa. 9 v1C3) pair, cancelled Åbo c.d.s., red "P.D." handstamp and London Paid receiver, manuscript "3½" (Sgr.) credit to Prussia, one 8p has short tooth and there is a displaced and a few lightly creased teeth at top, a choice Extremely Fine example of the 1.04mk rate to England via Prussia.
