1869 and 1870, two envelopes from Helsinki to Kiel, to the same addressee, both 56p (14k) frankings of the 1866-74 issue, roulette III: first with two each 8p & 20p (7, 9; Fa. 6 v1C3, 8 v2C3), second with two 8p & single 40p (7, 10; Fa. 6 v1C3, 9 v1C3), similar markings including manuscript "2" (Sgr.) credit to Prussia; slight roulette faults, as usual, Fine to Very Fine.
