1871 (17 Mar.) envelope from Wiborg to Winona, Minn., via St. Petersburg (18.3) and New York (3.4), bearing 1866-74 roulette III, 8p (7, Fa. 6 v1C3) pair and single, and 40p (10, Fa. 9 v1C3) pair, cancelled blue Wiborg c.d.s., red straightline "FRANCO" and manuscript "5" (Sgr.) credit to Prussia, red "New York Paid All" receiver; the 8p pair has a few short teeth, the other 8p and both 40p have all teeth intact, cover with small faults, Fine. 104 penni or 26 kopeks was the correct rate to the U.S. via Prussia.
