1871 (14 Jan.) folded letter from Warsaw to Vienna (15.1), bearing 1866 1k (2) and block of four 3k with 5k background error (Scott 20b) tied by octagonal-ring "1" cancels, red Warsaw c.d.s. and arced box "Franco", blue sender's oval, backstamped Leopoldstadt, Very Fine. An unusual composition of the 14k rate and a rare block.
