Laugszargen" Lithuanian transit marking, Kamanets-Podolsk c.d.s. on reverse, along with Tilsit c.d.s. (7/19.5) and six intact wax seals, two Kamanets-Podolski official seals and four private "Ludwig Torno" seals, manuscript rates of 1r50k, 3k, 3k and 39k totaled to 1r95 "franco tout" (paid all), red manuscript "7" (Sgr.) due Prussia, Very Fine. The letter contained documents and was insured for 3 rubles or 1 thaler.
