1867 (5Apr.) small folded cover from Kalisz (Poland) to Berlin (6.4) via Breslau (6.4), bearing 1865 3k placed over half of an 1866 10k and tied by 4-ring "191" cancel, bilingual Kalisz c.d.s. at top, arced box "Franco" indicates that the fraudulent underpayment was not noticed and the cover was delivered without further assessment, Very Fine and most unusual. Postage was 10k to the Prussian border and 2sgr credit to Prussia.
