1855 (12/24 Sep.) envelope from Nerechta to Mergentheim (7.10), sent registered with red "Aus Russland", "Franco" and serrated boxed "Recomandirt", boxed Nerechta and Koenigsbg.-Marienbg. railway (3.10) postmarks on reverse, along with two intact wax seals, manuscript rates, Extremely Fine. Postage was 33k composed of 10k for a single overweight cover plus 20k for registration and 3k for return receipt. Manuscript "4/10" indicates 2x 2sgr for registration and 2x 6sgr for double weight letter.
