1870 (7/19 Feb.) folded cover from Kalisz, Poland to Posen (20.2) via Ostrowo (19.2), bearing 1866 1k (2) & 5k tied by 4-ring "191" cancels, bilingual Kalisz c.d.s. on front (7.2) and on reverse (1?2), boxed "Aus Polen" and arced framed "Franco", Fine. The rate was only 7k to the bordering territories. An extremely rare rate.
