1882 Two fornular registered envelopes, for forwarding military reports to the Kaiser in Berlin, each a different style and bearing a pair of 1879 7k, first from Solotonoscha (4/16.6), second from Gschatok (6/18.6); last with opening tear at top, Fine. Postage was 7k single U.P.U. rate plus 7k for registration.
