1900 (17 Dec.) 3k postal card from Peking China to Pankow, bearing 1899 1k-7k Russian Offices in China overprint cancelled boxed "Peking/19-00" with additional German franking (including Off. in China 3pf & 10pf 56° overprint) with German Peking c.d.s.s.; message side features a large mimeographed caricature of the military forces of eight nations gathered below the "walls of Peking" with a Chinese atop the wall saying "Six years all this?".
