1874 (12 Feb.) envelope (with original enclosure) from Odessa to Mytilene, bearing 1865 10k and 1866 3k cancelled by origin c.d.s. and Levant horizontally laid paper 5k cancelled by "Konstantin/16 Feb 74" c.d.s. (Tchil. fig. 12) in blue, part of flap at back missing just affecting top right of cover, the 5k has a neat diagonal crease, otherwise Very Fine and rare combination cover.10k inland postage and 3k for Ropit service to Constantinople and then 5k for Turkish Levant ship to Mytilene,.
