1831 (1/13 Jun.) folded letter from Riga, Latvia to Scheidam (25.6) via Memel (15.6) and Arnheim, postmarked large Riga double circle and Memel straightline, handstamped "Franco" and red "Francotoùt" with "Köngl.Pr./Contumaz/Direction/zu Nimmersatt" (Lithuania) disinfection handstamp and several fumigation holes, manuscript "fr4", red boxed Arnheim entry mark, Schiedam c.d.s., and manuscript "60½" (kopeks) on reverse, Very Fine.
