1871 (23 Jul./4 Aug.) folded letter from St. Petersburg to Lisbon, bearing 1866 10k & 20k cancelled St. Petersburg c.d.s., red boxed "P.D.", Portuguese "Franca" oval, partial Lisbon c.d.s. on reverse, red manuscript "6" (Sgr.) credit, Very Fine. The 20k for external postage was equal to 6sgr, with 3sgr going to Prussia, 2sgr to France, and 1sgr to Portugal.
