1938 Presidential Issues on Cover, 84 covers on black Vario pages in a binder, showing various rates and usages, including Registered, Insured, Certified Mail, & Special Delivery. Practically all values are represented. Missing are the $2 & $5 stamps. There are even a few coils. Several were sent to destinations in Europe and Africa. A fine start for expansion.
