1951 (Mar. 19 and 27), Brooklyn to A.P.O. 613, San Francisco, two letters from a girlfriend (?) written before Tutino's capture, both covers bearing 6¢ airmail postage (one with pair of 3¢ Prexie coils) and each with the same markings: "Directory Searched, A.P.O. 613" datestamp., manuscript "Missing", magenta "Verified Missing in Action, AG SEC., GHQ, FEC. APO 500" handstamp and "Return to Writer" pointing hand, both backstamped unnumbered A.P.O. and A.P.O. 500 machine cancels, Very Fine.
