1952 (ca. Nov) Christmas Card to Brooklyn, colorful Christmas/New Year card from Tutino and his friend, Pfc. Irvin Edwards, includes the message "See every one next year". Cover with two Chinese handstamps in red: "Via the Chinese People's Committee/ for World Peace and against/ American Agression,/ Peking, China" and "Prisoner's Mail (in Chinese)/ Service des/ Prisonniers de guerre", backstamped "Brooklyn, N.Y., Gravesend Sta., Jan 22 6 PM", Very Fine and very rare. The "American Agression" handstamp, a Chinese propaganda ploy, was in use for a very short time, due to American pressure caused by prisoners refusing to send mail that included the marking.
