1917, 2¢ rose, type I, perforation freak (499 var.), left plate #8871 of six, double row of middle vertical perfs and left vertical perfs drastically shifted "capturing" plate number on stamp, crease through center "gutter" indicating cause of misperforation to be a fold-over. Very Fine and unique.
