Envelope, 1854, 3¢ red, die 3 (U5), unused size 7 entire with manuscript address. Roughly opened at top and some light soiling, mostly on reverse. Fine. A recently discovered example of this rare entire; previously only a mint entire and two cut squares had been recorded. Scott $37,500 for mint. UPSS 8 $8,000 for unused.
