Württemberg 1kr yellow brown and pair of 1865 3kr rose (Michel 6b, 31a), cancelled "Stuttgart, 7/1 (6)" c.d.s.s. on 3kr rose postal stationery envelope sent registered to Berlin, magenta "Stuttgart/Chargé" handstamp, backstamped Berlin distribution datestamp (8.1); two light vertical file folds not affecting stamps, Very Fine. Postage was apparently 3kr plus 7kr for registration indicating the probable year as 1868 when the 6kr registration fee was raised to 7kr. Scott 7, 42.
