Württemberg 18kr dark blue (Michel 20y), used with pair of 1kr brown (16ya) and two 1862 6kr green (23a) cancelled five of six strikes "Goeppingen, 23 Dec 1862" c.d.s. on folded letter to Rotterdam, Holland, "Franco" handstamp and magenta manuscript "wf 14", backstamped Wurtt. (23.12) and Mainz-Cöln (24.12) railroads and Rotterdam (25.12); one 6kr with tiny sealed tear, Very Fine and rare high value three-color mixed issue franking. This double weight cover required 18kr for Postal Union postage plus 14kr to Holland. Scott 29, 23, 32.
