Württemberg 3kr orange (Michel 17ya), two singles used across flap on reverse of envelope with 1863 dark brown (28c) on front cancelled "Niederstotzing, 21/2, 63", sent registered to Vienna, Austria, handstamp red "Chargé" with magenta manuscript crosshatching, backstamped Günzburg and Vienna; both 3kr with perf flaws and split in opening, otherwise Very Fine and rare 1861/1863 issue mixed franking. Postage was 6kr for 10-20 miles within the Postal Union plus 6kr for registration. Scott 25, 39B.
