Caroline Islands 1910 (10 Feb.) letter from the Postal Directorate in Bremen to Ponape, requesting reimbursement for a 10pf stamp which they had replaced on a letter card from Ponape the previous year. A German 10pf Germania has been affixed to the letter and is dutifully cancelled by a Ponape c.d.s. (5.5), green K.O.P.D. datestamp has been applied upon final receipt in Bremen (4.10); letter folded through stamp, Very Fine and most unusual postal document.
