German New Guinea 1889 (17 May) registered envelope from Konstantinhafen to Serajevo, Bosnia (13.7), via Soerabaja (4.6) and Weltevreden (7.6), Dutch Indies and Genoa, Italy (10.7), bearing pair of 1880 20pf blue (V42c) tied by two of three strikes Konstantinhafen c.d.s., Konstantinhafen registration label and Genoa registration handstamp; light file folds, left stamp with rounded corner. A Fine and exceedingly rare usage.
