German New Guinea 1891 (20 Sept.) registered envelope from Stephansort to Barmen (3.11), bearing single, pair and block of four 1880 20pf ultramarine (V42c) tied by pen stroke cancels; slight gum staining of registration label and around perfs of stamps, Fine and rare six-times franking.
